Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager with expertise guiding products from 0-1 to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements and guiding features from inception to delivery. Working closely with engineering and design, you’ll balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business impact to deliver scalable, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements and align on goals, priorities, and timelines

  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

  • Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality product features from 0–1

  • Prioritize backlog items, manage dependencies, and guide trade-off decisions

  • Identify technical risks and collaborate with engineers to solve complex problems

  • Define, track, and analyze product and system metrics to inform strategy

  • Mentor junior PMs and help build a collaborative, high-performing product culture

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in product management or related roles

  • Experience managing a product from 0-1

  • Comfortable working with engineering teams and translating technical concepts to stakeholders

  • Experience managing client expectations and multiple competing priorities

  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • User-focused with a technical mindset, able to balance user needs and engineering trade-offs

  • Experience defining product metrics

  • Experience in agile environments with distributed teams

  • Proficiency with Jira or Linear

Remote restrictions

  • Workday must overlap by at least 5 hours with Denver, CO, USA
